FTP Sites

The primary FTP location for the FFF's AtariPhile HTML magazine, kindly arranged by Frank Charlton. All issues to date can be downloaded, and new issues appear in the directory shortly after release.

Hensa is a primary source for non-commercial software on the internet in the UK. The Atari section was built up by Denesh Bhabuta, who has since left. The section still remains open, with a good range of shareware and freeware available.

This site is highly acclaimed and is a good place to visit for Atari software. There have been two CD-Roms created from the contents of this FTP archive to date. A well organised directory system is one of this site's many strong points.

The UK mirror site for the Atari Archive. Updated less frequently than others, but the best for UK users. Other good Atari software can be found in the directory packages/atari. This site sits on a SparcServer with 7 cpus and over 42 Gb of disk space.

Toad are one of the world's biggest Atari re-sellers, and this FTP archive complements their popular Web site. General Atari software and commercial demos can be found here, along with internet software for a few different platforms.
